SAP055: Benin invests 5 billion FCFA against the effects of climate change in Ouémé

Benin is investing 5 billion FCFA in the Ouémé valley to mitigate the health impacts of climate change. The SAP055 project, launched on September 3, 2026, in Cotonou, aims to establish a local monitoring center and train healthcare teams.
