Zimbabwe: restaurants revive traditional cuisine

In Bulawayo, Zimbabwe's second city, restaurants and street food stalls prepare traditional dishes such as sadza (maize porridge), sorghum, beef head, and locally raised chicken. Siphatisiwe Ncube runs one such eatery where cooks stir sadza over an open fire and prepare tomato and chili sauces. These establishments are attracting more customers seeking healthier local meals.
