Genocide in Rwanda: Agathe Habyarimana appeals to the Court of Cassation

Former Rwandan First Lady Agathe Habyarimana has announced her appeal to the Court of Cassation against the Paris Court of Appeal's decision to annul her non-place. This decision allows for the resumption of investigations into her possible involvement in the 1994 genocide. The Court of Appeal overturned the non-place issued last August by two investigating judges, following a request from the National Anti-Terrorist Prosecutor's Office.
