The Nasarawa State Police Command has initiated a manhunt following a communal attack in Udege that left at least 11 people dead and several homes destroyed. The attack, which occurred in the early hours of April 3, was reportedly carried out by suspected hoodlums in retaliation for the alleged killing of two individuals. Police Commissioner CP Shetima Jauro Mohammed visited the affected communities and assured that those responsible would be brought to justice.
