According to WHO and UNICEF, 13.5 million infants received no routine vaccines in 2025, and global vaccination coverage remains below pre-pandemic levels. 90% of children received at least one dose of the DTP vaccine, but only 85% completed the three-dose series. Measles coverage has stagnated, contributing to 57 large or disruptive outbreaks worldwide. UNICEF Executive Director Catherine Russell urged reaching every child and rebuilding trust.
