North Korea: Kim Jong-un inaugurates destroyer that capsized on first trial

Kim Jong-un attended a navigation test of the destroyer Kang Kon, which capsized in May during its launch. The vessel was repaired and re-launched at the Rajin shipyard. Kim's daughter Ju-ae was present. The leader reaffirmed the navy's role in nuclear deterrence and called for the swift integration of new destroyers.
