2027: ADC won't produce candidates, Supreme Court judgement a trap - Buba Galadima

Elder statesman Alhaji Buba Galadima stated that the African Democratic Congress (ADC) will not produce candidates for the 2027 general elections due to a plot to use litigation to prevent the party from fielding candidates. He described the recent Supreme Court judgement as a trap for ADC aspirants, aimed at facilitating Bola Tinubu's sole candidacy. Galadima also mentioned the challenges of conducting direct primaries in the country, making it impossible for the opposition to produce a candidate.
