2027: ADC to appeal ruling blocking INEC recognition of congresses — Mark

The National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Senator David Mark, announced that the party will appeal a Federal High Court ruling barring the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from recognizing its state congresses. Despite this ruling, Mark asserted that the party will be on the ballot for all elections in 2027.
