2027: Lagos NLC, TUC back Hamzat’s gov’ship bid

Lagos State Deputy Governor Dr Obafemi Hamzat's governorship ambition for the 2027 elections has received significant backing from the leadership of the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress (TUC). This support follows earlier endorsements from various stakeholders, including President Bola Tinubu and Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu. Hamzat also garnered support from 120 leaders and members of the APC across the 20 Local Government Areas of the state.
