Drone attack sinks ship off Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast, PM says

Two ships were hit by drone attacks off Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast, with one sinking, according to Prime Minister Rumen Radev. The Ukrainian-owned Chelsea 3, flying a Maltese flag, was struck by three drones about 18 nautical miles from Bulgaria early Tuesday morning, and its 15-man crew, including seven Ukrainians and eight Azerbaijanis, was rescued. Radev called the incident 'absolutely unacceptable' and said he would speak with NATO Secretary-General, noting that there is no clear evidence of who carried out the attack, but it benefits Russia.
