Enrico Macias has sold his villa L’Accadia, which he owned since 1973, due to a debt of 35 million euros to Landsbanki Luxembourg. This debt, arising from a disputed financial arrangement, was upheld by the Luxembourg courts, ordering the singer to pay 30 million euros. The sale of the property, which was the only real estate asset of the Macias couple, comes after nearly twenty years of legal proceedings between France and Luxembourg.
