In Okomu National Park, southern Nigeria, caretaker Joshua Aribasoye prepares infant formula every three hours for Agbaibor, a forest elephant calf found alone in late 2025 in a palm oil plantation. The calf, named after the ranger who helped rescue him, requires constant care. Park rangers tried to reunite him with his herd after his discovery.
