Cameroon - Eto'o, Russia, and the Doha account: TCS seized

The Yaoundé Criminal Court has registered a complaint against Samuel Eto'o, president of FECAFOOT since December 2021, regarding the management of public funds for four friendly matches of the Indomitable Lions. The matches include those in September 2022 against Uzbekistan and South Korea, June 2023 against Mexico, and October 2023 against Russia, involving significant sums disbursed by the state. The complaint mentions a Doha account, alleged funding, and amounts in the hundreds of thousands of euros, dollars, and CFA francs.
