PASTEF: Moustapha Ndieck Sarré revisits the founding vision and transformation ambitions of the party

At the first congress of PASTEF-Les Patriotes, Moustapha Ndieck Sarré recalled the founding vision of the party, born in late 2013 from questions about Senegal's development lag. He advocated for a break in governance, economic sovereignty, social justice, and African integration. He also called for an overhaul of the party's school to better train activists.
