What we know about RAF Fairford incident and counter-terror probe

Five men have been arrested near RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire on suspicion of explosives and terrorism offenses. Police responded to reports of three suspicious vehicles heading towards the base, and a bomb disposal team examined several vehicles with a 400-meter cordon in place. Aerial footage shows a remote-controlled robot approaching two stationary vans in a wooded area.
