FG steps up CNG drive with station reopening and staff vehicle conversions

Nigeria’s federal government has reopened a former State House petrol station in Abuja as a compressed natural gas (CNG) refuelling facility. About 10 recently acquired JAC vehicles and some shuttle buses at the Presidential Villa are already CNG-hybrid. The government plans to offer CNG-hybrid conversions for eligible personal vehicles belonging to State House staff in the coming weeks.
