Police recover body of Correctional Service officer from drainage in Calabar

The Cross River State Police Command confirmed the recovery of the body of a Deputy Superintendent of Correctional Service found in a drainage in Calabar. Additionally, an APC chairman was shot dead in Kogi, and two Fulani herdsmen were arrested over an attack on farmers in Plateau State. A military vehicle crash in Taraba resulted in the deaths of five traders.
