The Africa Cup of Nations 2027 will take place from June 19 to July 18, 2027, in Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania, as announced by Denis Mugimba during a press conference. This edition, co-hosted by three countries, will be held in the summer to meet international football requirements, thus facilitating the availability of African players playing abroad. Uganda has allocated a budget of 905 billion shillings to modernize the necessary infrastructures for the event.
