The United States, the largest contributor, has reduced its spending to $954 billion due to the lack of new aid to Ukraine. In Europe, military expenditures rose by 14% to $864 billion, with significant increases in Germany and Spain. Russia and Ukraine are also ramping up their military budgets to $190 billion and $84.1 billion, respectively.
