LP chieftain sues UNN over alleged refusal to release Obi’s academic records

Labour Party chieftain Abayomi Arabambi has sued the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) over its alleged refusal to release Peter Obi's academic records. Arabambi requested a certified true copy of Obi's Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy certificate, but the university denied his request. He is seeking a mandamus order to compel UNN to respond to his request in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act of 2011.
