Haco to begin Ghana operations by end of April

Kenyan fast-moving consumer goods manufacturer Haco Industries is set to begin operations in Ghana by the end of April 2026 as part of its West African expansion strategy. Haco will enter the market through a joint venture with an undisclosed Ghanaian firm to distribute its products, adopting a lean business model without investment in factories. The company is also targeting entry into Nigeria and Senegal while prioritizing backward integration and the use of African raw materials.
