Aline Kahindo: We Urge Leaders to Restore Peace in North Kivu.

Aline Kahindo, a displaced woman living in Goma, fled fighting in her village south of Lubero in 2011. After years of hardship, her life began to improve with help from the women's organization 'Femmes du Soleil'. However, the January 2025 fighting in Goma threw her back into uncertainty and danger. She calls on leaders involved in peace efforts to redouble their efforts to restore peace in North Kivu.
