A dedicated counter has been opened at the provincial secretariat to assist voters from other provinces currently in Kinshasa, as the issuance of duplicates is free. CENI urges citizens to report any requests for money to obtain these documents, clarifying that police fees for loss reports are separate and that the duplication remains entirely free.
