Hajj 2027: Preparations Officially Launched with a Contingent of 10,000 Pilgrims

The Minister of Interior and Security, Vagondo Diomandé, launched the preparations for Hajj 2027 during a seminar in Abidjan on September 16, 2026. The quota for Côte d'Ivoire for this edition is set at 10,000 pilgrims, divided into 7,000 places for the state contingent and 3,000 for private operators. The cost for the state contingent remains at 3,250,000 FCFA.
