Huawei Morocco Pushes Vertical AI for Government, Defense at GITEX Africa 2026

Huawei Morocco leveraged its fourth consecutive participation in GITEX Africa in Marrakech to showcase an expanding portfolio of innovations focused on sector-specific AI, targeting areas such as government and defense. The event, held from April 7 to 9, attracted over 1,500 exhibitors and 55,000 visitors. David Li, General Manager of Huawei Morocco, emphasized the importance of digital intelligence as a driver of transformation in Africa.
