World Cup 2026: Klose sees Messi breaking his goals record

German legend Miroslav Klose, 48, told Süddeutsche Zeitung that he expects Lionel Messi to break his World Cup record of 16 goals during the ongoing tournament. Klose, who scored 16 goals in 24 matches, called Messi a genius and noted that with more teams and matches, the record will be broken. Messi currently has 13 goals in 26 matches and needs four more goals to surpass Klose.
