Oil SMEs: Condemned in Dakar, Cheikh Tidiane Diaw must pay more than 143 million FCFA

The Dakar Commercial Court condemned Plus Oil and its director Cheikh Tidiane Diaw to pay 143 million FCFA to the Banque Sahélo-Saharienne pour l'Investissement et le Commerce (BSIC S.A.) for failure to repay a bank overdraft. An additional civil fine of 10 million FCFA was imposed for abusive resistance. Cheikh Tidiane Diaw, as personal guarantor, is exposed on his personal assets.
