School Year 2026-2027: Mrs. Dominique Ouattara Launches Campaign to Distribute 15,000 School Kits

Côte d'Ivoire's First Lady, Mrs. Dominique Ouattara, officially launched a national campaign to distribute 15,000 school kits at her Children of Africa Foundation headquarters in Cocody for the 2026-2027 school year. The kits include backpacks, textbooks, supplies, and additional resources such as equipment for school canteens, educational games, outdoor play items, and teacher furniture, valued at approximately 200 million CFA francs, plus an extra 5 million CFA francs for students, teachers, and parents. The event aimed to support families and improve learning conditions across several regions. The ceremony was attended by government officials, educators, parents, and students.
