David Mark-led ADC begins legal battle against INEC

The leadership of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) led by David Mark has asked the Federal High Court in Abuja to reverse the de-recognition of his leadership by INEC. Meanwhile, ADC members, including Leke Abejide, insist that Nafiu Bala remains the authentic National Chairman of the party. Victor Umeh, Senator representing Anambra Central, accuses INEC of deliberately sabotaging the ADC.
