Bauchi police command investigate fake employment letters

The Nigeria Police is investigating alleged fake employment letters circulating in Bauchi State. A suspect, Saleem Alhassan, has been arrested and transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department after being accused of forging employment letters and extorting between N500,000 and N750,000 from victims. Five fake temporary appointment letters were recovered during the investigation. The Commissioner of Police warned the public against dealing with individuals promising employment in exchange for money.
