Elon Musk unveiled three versions of the new Tesla Roadster in the United States on October 16, 2026, nearly nine years after the first prototype. The all-electric, two-seat Performance model features active aerodynamics and is said to reach 100 km/h in under 1.6 seconds. The Thrust version, designed mainly for racetracks, has rear thrusters inspired by SpaceX technology and could reach 100 km/h in under 0.9 seconds. The presentation also included a third version capable of moving through the air.
