International Women's Rights Day: SODEFOR Advocates for More Inclusive Forest Governance

On the occasion of International Women's Rights Day, SODEFOR held a panel on inclusive forest governance, emphasizing the importance of women's participation in the sustainable management of forests in Côte d'Ivoire. The Minister of Water and Forests was represented by Ms. Yessoh Marie-Gisèle, who highlighted progress in gender equality, while noting that only three women hold leadership positions within the ministry.
