Mélenchon affair: PPA-CI France encourages embassy to take legal action: 'the ICC is not far'

Pascal Logbo, representative of PPA-CI in France, welcomed the announcement of legal proceedings by the Ivorian embassy against Jean-Luc Mélenchon. He encourages Ambassador Maurice Bandaman to go all the way, arguing that a trial would allow examination of accusations of electoral fraud in Ivory Coast. Logbo adds that 'the ICC is not far' and questions the legal basis of the procedure by asking 'where is the defamation'.
