A UK court sentenced four activists from the Palestinian Action group to prison terms of about five to eight years on terrorism charges, after they raided an Elbit Systems site in Bristol in August 2024. Judge Jeremy Johnson called the raid a terrorist act, citing serious property damage. One defendant, Samuel Corner, 23, received seven years and eight months for striking a police officer with a sledgehammer, fracturing her spine. The group said they aimed to dismantle drones intended to kill in Gaza; their lawyer announced an appeal.
