Another Trapped Homosexual: Mr. Lo, the 100,000 Fcfa and the Intervention of Investigators in Thiaroye

The Saly Research Brigade arrested Mr. Lo, a 26-year-old man, for incitement to immoral acts. He allegedly offered 100,000 FCFA to a 19-year-old Quranic student, R. Ndao, in exchange for sexual relations, while sending him pornographic content via WhatsApp. The arrest occurred after the victim's brother alerted the authorities following compromising phone exchanges.
