NEMA Invites Public Views on Major High-Rise Projects in Nairobi and Mombasa

The National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) has invited the public to provide feedback on three major high-rise projects in Nairobi and Mombasa, allowing 30 days for comments. The projects include a 24-story residential building in Kileleshwa, a 23-story mixed-use development in Kilimani, and a 13-story complex in Nyali. NEMA also flagged recurring environmental concerns, such as soil erosion and air pollution, which must be addressed before project approvals.
