Starting September 1, 2026, Canada requires international students to demonstrate sufficient funds to cover tuition, living expenses, and transportation costs. For one person, the required amount is C$23,448, increasing based on the number of accompanying family members. Applicants must provide documents showing that the necessary funds are available for the first year of their studies.
