After the dissolution of the IEC, the RPP proposes a new 11-member electoral body

The Rally for Peace, Progress and Sharing (RPP) held a seminar on June 6, 2026 in Abidjan to reform the Ivorian electoral system. The party proposes a new 11-member electoral body composed of four independent personalities (academics and legal experts), two representatives of civil society, two from the public and private sectors, one from traditional chieftaincy, and two from religious denominations. The RPP emphasizes independence, transparency, and competence for the future institution.
