Police allege insider role in Adelabu family abduction

The Oyo State Police Command alleges that an insider, a personal assistant to the family, provided information that led to the abduction of Mrs. Olaide Busayo Adegoke John-Paul and her 12-year-old twin sons. The victims, sister of former Power Minister Adebayo Adelabu, were kidnapped on June 3, 2026 in Ibadan and rescued on June 6 during a police operation in which two suspects were killed.
