Journalist Larai Salamatou dies in Yaoundé

Larai Salamatou, a sports journalist for CRTV, died today in Yaoundé after an illness. A familiar face on public television, she covered major Cameroonian sports events for over 20 years and regularly anchored the midnight news. Her burial is scheduled for tomorrow morning in Yaoundé.
