'Under what law' - Falana faults house gifts to Nigerian judges

Human rights lawyer Femi Falana (SAN) has criticized the Nigerian Federal Government for gifting houses to judges, questioning the legal basis for the gesture. Speaking on Housing TV Africa, he demanded the provision of the law that stipulates such a privilege, calling it discriminatory and illegal. Falana also argued that university professors and other civil servants should receive similar benefits, stressing that 'what is good for the goose is good for the gander.' He warned that legal challenges could be mounted soon.
