Israeli air strikes hit Lebanese city of Tyre despite Iranian warning to stop attacks

Israel carried out air and artillery strikes across southern Lebanon, killing at least 13 people on Tuesday, including eight in Tyre. The Israeli military ordered residents of Tyre to evacuate, including for the first time the Christian quarter, alleging Hezbollah fighters were operating there. Iran had warned Israel to stop attacks in Lebanon, threatening to strike again. The conflict is complicating President Trump's efforts to broker a deal between the US, Israel, and Iran.
