Brazil: Flávio Bolsonaro reportedly fled to Ecuador after election defeat

After losing Brazil’s presidential runoff to incumbent Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, Flávio Bolsonaro reportedly left the country despite a court order barring him from travelling abroad. Flightradar24 data showed the plane departing Puerto Iguazú shortly after midnight on Wednesday. The account contradicts earlier US media reports that Bolsonaro had arrived in the United States.
