Fix security, power, revive state-owned media outlets - NUJ to Niger govt

At a congress in Minna, Commissioner for Information Obed Nuhu Nana reaffirmed the government's commitment to transparency. The NUJ also raised concerns about the shortage of primary school teachers and called for the recruitment of qualified personnel.
