Muthaiga Golf Club Closes 8 Holes After KFS Takes Over Part of Course

Muthaiga Golf Club has temporarily closed eight holes on its course following an alleged takeover by the Kenya Forest Service (KFS). Club Chairman Dennis Mwirigi stated that KFS is claiming access to the Front Nine, covering Holes 2 to 9, asserting that this section falls within Karura Forest. The club noted that the affected section would remain closed until further notice while the dispute is addressed.
