Suspect Arrested Over Ksh2.4 Million Land Fraud in Machakos

DCI detectives arrested a suspect involved in a Ksh2.4 million land fraud in Machakos. The suspect posed as the legitimate owner of a property along the Nairobi-Mombasa highway, using forged documents and another person's identity. After the buyer conducted an official search at the land registry and was convinced of the transaction's legitimacy, the vendor became unreachable after the payment was made.
