Vincent Brown, formerly Dr. Vincent Bajinya, 65, accused of being a leader or supervisor of violent acts during the 1994 Rwanda genocide, must pay a £100,000 guarantee to be released. He is the first person in the UK charged over the genocide, which resulted in approximately 800,000 deaths.
