Mgr Marcel Utembi calls on ADF rebels to stop their abuses in Ituri

Archbishop Marcel Utembi of Kisangani called on ADF rebels to stop their attacks on civilians in the Mambasa territory of Ituri. During a meeting with the governor of Ituri, he emphasized that Congolese are also part of the ADF and urged them to disengage. Utembi also reminded the importance of human life and encouraged the population to get involved in securing the region, which has recently been affected by the recruitment of children by the ADF.
