K2 Airways loses its only plane: flight KTA1732 crashes off Karachi

K2 Airways flight KTA1732, a Boeing 737-400 cargo, crashed into the Arabian Sea on the night of July 7-8, 2026, while flying from Sharjah to Karachi. All five crew members are missing. The 27-year-old aircraft was the only plane in K2 Airways' fleet. Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed grief and ordered intensified search operations.
