Police Back NTSA Cameras, Push for Expansion of Instant Fines

The police have endorsed the expansion of NTSA's speed cameras and instant fines nationwide, stating they improve driver discipline and road safety. Chief Inspector Hellen Wamuyu noted that the presence of cameras encourages drivers to adhere to traffic rules. Deputy President Kithure Kindiki also called for the lifting of the injunction on the instant fines system, which could help reduce road accidents.
